How it works

At Phase3, every piece is made to order and crafted just for you from start to finish. Because nothing is mass-produced, each item is one of a kind and can be personalized to fit your style, space, and needs. You’ll be able to communicate directly with the maker to make sure your final piece is exactly what you envisioned.

Step 1

Initial meeting to learn what you are thinking or have already designed. A rough idea of where the object will be located, surroundings, space, dimensions etc.

Step 2

Based on the discussion, we will submit a sketch. We are happy to make changes or modifications based on your input. At this time, we will also discuss the type/species of wood.

Step 3

Once we have a final sketch that you approve, we will quote the cost for your approval. At this stage, we will also settle on a timeline.

Step 4

The project's start will require an initial payment of 50% of the cost.

Step 5

Once all the pieces have been created and dry-fitted, we share a picture. At this stage, we will entertain requests for minor modifications. Major alterations might require cost adjustment.

Step 6

The project will be finished and delivered upon final payment.
